I commonly list my ingredients in both volume (cups, teaspoons, tablespoons) and weights (grams). While they’re not necessarily interchangeable, you can find out how many teaspoons are in a tablespoon and how many tablespoons are in one cup.
You can also calculate between grams, ounces, and pounds! Helpful, eh?
